Sep 23 2008: The world's foremost chocolate expert, Chloe Doutre-Roussel, will be at Biagio Fine Chocolate September 26th and 27th, 2008. Author of "The Chocolate Connoisseur," her book is considered by many to be "the chocolate bible" and a necessary resource for those with a passion for chocolate. This will be Doutre-Roussel's first visit to Washington, DC.
